Two litres of soap for basically nothing
Right, so two grand bottles of hand soap for around two quid on Subscribe and Save. That's two litres total. I'll be honest, the first thing I did was sniff the bottle, because cheap soap often smells like a hotel corridor circa 2003. This one doesn't. It's a mild, clean olive scent, nothing fancy, not overpowering. Proper inoffensive, which is exactly what you want next to the kitchen sink.
The formula itself is fine. It lathers reasonably well, rinses clean, and my hands didn't feel stripped after using it repeatedly through a Sunday of cooking. If you've got dry skin and you're washing your hands a dozen times a day, this isn't going to be your hero product. It's not moisturising enough for that. But for a household where the main concern is clean hands and a tidy refill situation, it does the job without complaint.
Who this is actually for
Honestly, this is one for families, people with a big kitchen dispenser, or anyone who just got fed up paying three or four quid for a tiny bottle of fancy soap every few weeks. The Subscribe and Save angle makes it sensible rather than impulsive.
The one reservation I'd flag: it's Amazon's own brand, so there's no long heritage of olive soap expertise behind it. It's not artisan Castile soap from some Provencal hillside. It's functional, decent, and very cheap. If that's the brief, it's spot on. If you want something that feels like a treat, look elsewhere.
