What you actually get
Nine Scarlet & Violet Destined Rivals booster packs, one full-art promo card, and the usual Elite Trainer Box trimmings: card sleeves, energy cards, dice, condition markers, a collector's box with lid. It's a proper bundle rather than a cynical repackage. The promo card alone tends to hold decent value, which makes the whole thing feel less like a gamble.
Who this is for (and who it isn't)
If you've got a kid who's already collecting, this is a solid jump-up from a single booster. The accessories are actually useful rather than decorative filler. My nephew ripped open an ETB at Christmas last year and the storage box immediately became his prized possession, cards aside.
For serious competitive players or sealed investors, it's a different calculation. Nine packs won't scratch that itch, and you're paying a premium for the accessories you might not need. Worth being honest about that.
The "Invite Only" branding on this one is a bit of theatre, personally. It suggests exclusivity but in practice it just means it's a limited print run. Stock does move quickly on these, which is real enough.
The honest reservation
No discount here, which matters. You're paying full retail. For a casual buyer that's fine, the value holds. But if you're hoping to flip it or you're buying on a tight budget, maybe wait and see if it dips. Community heat on HotUKDeals is high, though, so waiting has its own risks.
